Rucking is walking with added weight. We use backpacks and hydro water bag inserts for the weight. It’s a fun way to get outside in community, hit the trails and add a little extra intention and weight to your workout. We have classes where we keep the backpack on the whole time and classes where we drop the packs mid-hike and lift the “water weights” for a fun little circuit workout. If you like to hike or walk and want to “level up” you should definitely try a ruck class. Trust me, you’ll be hooked!
