My goal is to create classes that are challenging and fun while increasing strength, cardiovascular health, balance, flexibility and breath-work through functional movements.
I am passionate about empowering people to understand their bodies, how they work and what can be done to live their fullest lives by being their best physical selves, for as long as independence allows. I like to say that we’re training for life and if we live and train with the mindset that we are training NOW for our 100 year old self we’ll be crushing it.
Certifications: Recreation Therapist, ACE Grp Ex, MADDOG Spinner, Science of Stretching(R circle) Certified Instructor, Functional Aging Institute Functional Aging Specialist, Ruck Evolution Master Instructor, American Heart First Aid, AED and CPR.

Just B Fitness Classes
We strive to change the narrative that exercise is pain and punishment by creating an environment where classes are fun, movements are functional, and laughs are many.
Rucking is walking with added weight. We use backpacks and hydro water bag inserts for the weight. It’s a fun way to get outside in community, hit the trails and add a little extra intention and weight to your workout.
Enjoy a 30 min Yin style Yoga class (you will be holding poses for 2-5min). Classes are 15-20 minutes with an occasional longer option.
